Return & Refund Policy

At Musical Philosophy Store, we want you to love your purchase. Since our products are made to order, we handle returns and refunds under specific conditions. Please read our policy below to understand how we process returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Order Issues & Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or refunds only in the following cases:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with our fulfillment partner to send a replacement or process a refund.
  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item or size due to a fulfillment error, we will correct the issue at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer (please refer to our size guides before ordering)
  • Minor color variations (as screen displays may slightly differ from printed colors)

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

If you meet the return eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at musicalphilosophystore@gmail.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. If the item is defective or incorrect, include photos of the product.
  2. Approval & Next Steps: We will review your request and, if approved, provide further instructions. In most cases, defective or incorrect items do not need to be returned; a replacement or refund will be issued.
  3. Refund Processing: Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Exchanges

Because each item is custom-made, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you ordered the wrong size, you may place a new order with the correct size.

4. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours after being placed. Once production starts, changes are no longer possible.
  • If your order is still in processing, contact us immediately at musicalphilosophystore@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

5. Shipping & Return Costs

  • If an item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the replacement and shipping costs.
  • For any other return that we approve, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please check with your local carrier or file a claim with them.
