1. What products do you sell?
We offer a thoughtfully curated collection of products inspired by classical music:

2. How do I know my size for the T-shirts?
Our T-shirts are available in sizes ranging from Small to 3XL. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page to find your ideal fit. If in doubt, sizing up is a good choice for a more relaxed look.
3. Can I customize a product?
While we don't currently offer individual product customization, we love hearing from our community! If you have ideas for new designs or composers you'd like to see featured, feel free to reach out to us with your suggestions.
4. What is your return policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Here’s how our return process works:

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a refund for the defective or incorrect item.

Non-defective Returns: If you simply changed your mind or no longer want the product, we currently do not accept returns for non-defective items. However, you can contact us to discuss exchange options or store credit for your purchase.
Please note that shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our end. For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to a wide range of countries, including the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, and all 27 EU member states. International shipping costs vary based on your location, and you’ll be able to see the exact cost at checkout.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. After that, shipping times will depend on your location:
- USA: 5–7 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
- Singapore & South Korea: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on local customs and postal systems.
7. Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Once an order is placed, we process it as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. If the order is still unfulfilled, we can assist in canceling or modifying it.
If your order has already been fulfilled or is in production, we may not be able to make changes. However, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to support you.
8. Are your products eco-friendly?
We’re committed to sustainability. We work with trusted production partners who prioritize environmentally friendly practices, using eco-conscious materials and production methods. We also use recyclable packaging and encourage reuse whenever possible.
